Among the tendered actions we find the Ethnographical Centre in Curtis;the new route of Os Caneiros; two observatories in Paderne andBergondo, a net of routes, and a its own quality brand.

Nearly half of the total budget has been already allocated; as the rate of tenders has been multiplied by ten this year. The Strategic Management Committee of the project is in charge of supervising its economic and finantial execution grade; the grade of advance on the area; and the participation and comunicating actions. The first conclusion is that nearly half (5.3 millions) of the total budget has been already approved or allocated. For its part, the execution grade is about one million (892,943 euros.) The project is divided in four main areas: Optimization of Water Uses, Tourism Dinamizing, Environmental Education and Training, and Project Evaluation and Monitoring.

Three actions have been tendered in the second half of the year 2008; other 13 in 2009; and 17 YTD, which makes that the tendering rate has been multiplied by ten for the five last months. Four more actions will be tendered by the end of 2010. This will come to about 11 million euros, which is nearly the total budgeted.

Regarding the Tourism Dinamizing area, these are the works that have been already tendered: the fluvial ordinance and the new route of Os Caneiros project; the supply and installation of two ornithological observatories in Paderne and Bergondo; The Monitoring Plan of leisure areas in the Mendo and Mandeo basins; the design, supply, and installation of leisure equipments at five places in the Mandeo basin; the supply and installation of a system to detect the migratory species passing rates in the fish scale of Chelo; the hiring of an evaluation manual for the Mandeo fluvial ecosystem, and of a report on the salmons in the Mandeo; the ideas contest for the project drafting; the facilities in the leisure area of Chelo, and the property purchasing for Chelo.

Actions such as the following ones are also included in this section: designing and building of an Ethnographical Centre of the Mandeo in Curtis; creating a project to adapt the trecking routes and other elements linked to the Mandeo; developing its own high-quality brand to give a boost to the net od accommodations and restaurants; or the technical assistance for the communication campaign of the Mandeo project. A total of 21 actions.

Moving on to the Environmental Education and Training area; the creation, design, and edition of an educational unit has been tendered. For its part, three more actions are included in the Project Evaluation and Monitoring area: the managing and monitoring of the Mandeo 2007-2013 programme; altering the agreement with the UDC (University of A Coruña) on the project technical support; and the study of the zero state of the Mandeo basin.
